Sound Idea Digital aided Business Partners in their move to a Blended Learning approach to their corporate training needs by custom developing a Learner Management System (LMS). Business Partners Limited is a specialist risk finance company for formal SMEs in South Africa and selected African countries.

Part of their training would be delivered via our Learner Management System (LMS). Employees log in and learn the theory online. Later employees and trainers meet up and have face-to-face workshops, where they will discuss theory, case studies and apply their knowledge.

We also developed their eLearning material: Classroom notes from trainers were re-developed into digital, interactive lessons. The adoption and reception of blended learning by the pilot groups were overwhelmingly positive. Once the blended learning was well received we integrated the module into their Learner Management System (LMS).

We produced an Entrepreneurship and an SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) Financing Environment course for Business Partners.

Business Partners is a South African specialist risk finance company that provides customised financial services for small and medium enterprises in South Africa and select African countries.

The Entrepreneurship course covered various operational skills for investors seeking to evaluate entrepreneurs. The SME course content aimed to introduce SMEs and financiers in the SME space.

These courses are uploaded and delivered via a Learner Management System (LMS) developed by Sound Idea.
